Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds are given:
- Books with signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, games, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank – refunds often take a few days to process.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at:

Then send your item to our return address (details below).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.

You’ll need to pay for your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
Return shipping time may vary by location.
For expensive items, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
